Rooted & Established - 3

This image was floating around in my mind for a little while now in light of my decision to leave a 21 year teaching career. I have always believed teaching to be a high calling, and one of the greatest gifts we can offer our students/kids is to be rooted and established in who’s they are in light of eternity. In our families and schools, this is done in so many ways as we prepare them to go out and live as a reflection of their Creator. As the storms of life undoubtedly come, their roots which have been sunk deep in truth, will allow them to withstand whatever they face.
I also love how this image represents a “community of trees,” representational of those who walk with us in life in all the seasons.
